I have no control over where there air blows on vehicle. It is stuck on floor vent. I can't turn the air to the defrost of front vents. I believe it is the flap door actuator but not sure where it is located and how to get a new one to replace. Could you help?

Thanks

The mode doors are operated by an electric actuator that may be bad or stuck.
It's located on the left side of the HVAC housing. It's accessed from under the dash on the driver's side.
