fuel presure is normal but the injectors are not getting any gas spark plugs are dry what does that mean that is wrong with the truck and what should I do ?

what is fuel pressure? and scan for codes. what engine? if it' snot a 4.3L then it should be 55-62 psi minimum if less than that you probably need a pump.
