The drivers seat track will not lock in place any longer. Can I replace the manual track assembly with a power seat assembly? Is there a lot of electrical work involved in a swap like this?

Some vehicles have a power and ground connector under the seat where you could tap into but try loosening all the bolts to the floor and twisting the whole seat to see if the tracks can be realigned.

The issue is the locking mechanism is broken. I found the parts behind the seat.
