1999 Chevrolet S-10 shifting

Hi I own a 1999 Chevy s10 zr2 4.3 4x4 with 177763 miles and I am having shifting problems it is like it can't make up its mind when It needs to shift and will only up shift when I let off the gas then it will down shift and go to 4000 rpms and won't shift back up I have replaced the tps and my o2 sensor that is behind my cat but it is still having problems

Scan for codes first, it may have broken wires to transmission

I scanned and all it said was bad o2 sensor so that's what I replaced

Have a trans guy look at it then it may be a valve body problem.
