How do I remove the steering wheel airbag from the wheel once I've disabled it on a 1999 Chevolet S 10

There are retaining clips that you access from backside of steering wheel, use flatbladed tool, screwdriver. You have to be able to move steering while to access. Then tilt top of module toward you, to access wiring connector. Airbags are dangerous, safety is your responsibility. If it blows up in your face, don't talk to me about it. All I can do is warn you.
