1999 Chevrolet Metro Tightening Alternator Knocked Vacuum Line Off White Round

I was tightening alternator and knocked a vacuum line off has a white round saucer fin on the line I knocked off.Car is running terrible, sounds to the ear like firing order is not correct,car shakes,exuast is louder and you can see a white steam from exhaust.Idles like bad IACV.

did you try to re attach the hose??
