does a 1999 Malibu have hydralic or solid valve lifters?

Hey Oldmanviv,

Hydraulic, they stopped using solid lifters a while back, some older cam followers are solid like in the Jaguar and BMW engine's where you had to use shims to adjust the valve lash, those were the days!
