1999 Chevrolet Malibu Own Chevy Trying Put New Stereo While Doing Bumped

i own a 1999 chevy malibu and was trying to put a new stereo in it. While doing so, i bumped the antenna wire and heard a pop in my speakers. since then my stereo is not getting any power while hooked up to the car and my auto headlights aren't working i have to manually turn them on. I've tried replacing fuses and relays and still neither work. Please help!

Check to see if there is power at the fuse. If there isn't, check main fuses under the hood.
