I have a '99 Chevy Malibu. I need to replace the a/c compressor. Besides replacing the oil and pulling a vacuum, is there any other parts that need to be replaced? I could not locate the accumulator/drier.

Let me add this.....If that compressor had an internal failure, then there could be numerous other repairs. First, the internal debris would have gone all through the system and lodged mostly in the condenser and since most are not flushable, it has to be replaced. You also have to address whatever caused the initial failure of the compressor.
