1999 Lumina low brake peddle

1999 Chevy Lumina 3.1L non-ABS. Brake peddle goes to the floor. Brake fluid is full, checked all 4 brakes and they are good with no leaks. What do I do next?

Suspect faulty master cylinder also check adjustment on rears should feel slight rub when wheel turned

Yea brake fluid loves to suck up moisture so long sit will contaminate. After master bleed each wheel till clear fluid comes out.
