My step-daughter has a 99 chevy lumina and she says that the car's ac blower stops when the temperature gets hot (I assume she means the engine temp) and she says the blower also stops when she turns the steering wheel to the left.
Does this sound like a blower resistor problem?
Thanks for your help.

It's probably a bad blower motor. the next time it happens take a large screwdriver and hold it by the blade and rap the blower motor with the handle. If the blower starts then, you likely have a bad blower motor. Check the wire connector to it also.
