1999 Chevrolet Express Low engine power

There is very low engine power on my 1999 chevrolet express 2500 when started, and when i scanned the van i got the following codes from it:
P0131, P0137, P0151, P0157.
What is the meaning of these codes and how will i resolves this problems?

those are O2 sensor problems with all of them have a pro diagnose this as it may be a short or a pcm problem. it's kind of odd that all 4 give you acode at same time
