I have a 1999 Express 1500 conversion van. The dash heat and A/C work fine. But, the remote rear heater box blows cold air through the rear vents (on all dash heat settings). Is there some reason why hot radiator fluid does not reach the rear unit? Is there some switch that prevents it from flowing to the rear unit? If so, where is that switch located?
Thank you,
John

More than likely the blend door is not operating in the rear unit.

Here is a guide that will help with this. This guide is for the front door but the idea is the same for replacing it.

https://www.2carpros.com/articles/replace-blend-door-motor

However, I attached the process from the manual on how to replace the rear door actuator.

Please run through this info below and let us know what questions you have.

Thanks
