1999 Chevrolet Corvette Start Car Read Out Remove Key Wait 10 Seconds Done

When I start the car up the read out says to Remove Key and Wait 10 Seconds.. I have done that then restart car and read out says to Service Column Lock ---- Then the Car will only move about 10-Feet and go dead .. How can I fix it ??

You have to get it to a dealer. There is a kit to bypass the column lock. You column lock is malfunctioning
