1999 Chevrolet Cavalier Changing Out Master Cylinder First Brake Line Towards

Changing out a master cylinder. The first brake line towards the front of the car will not go back in. Where does that line go?? If worse comes to worse, can u flare a brake line?

you may have cross threaded the line or the master may be incorrect. compare to the old one to be sure
