About three weeks about I got my car fixed , two days later, my low beam lights wouldn't go off even when the car was off. I took the fuses out and took it back to the same shop and they said the problem was the instrument cluster. I'm not sure if I trust their opinion, I want to take it to another mechanic, now my left headlight won't come on, and I've tried to change the bulb, what should I ask for at a different mechanic for a second opinion
