My '99 chevy cavalier just got new tires put on. Two weeks later, I am noticing that the front passenger wheel is a bit loose when I jack the front end up. The lug nuts are tight. It makes a horrible 'wobbling' sound when driven. What could be causing this, the bearings were changed not even a year ago. the faster i go, the worse the sound gets. when I make right turns, the sound disappears. could it be the tie rod?
