Where should i look next?

4.3l v6. missing out when running. Checked ignition components with ohm meter as book states they check fine. Replaced plugs and wires. I can emove the wires from Cylinders 1 and 3 and it doesnt effect the engine. where do i look next. I am going to test these cylinders for compression.

Are you getting spark to those cylinders? Are you getting fuel to those cylinders? They did have some trouble with the spider injection on these vehicles. Check to make sure you are getting both.
