I have a 99 blazer that's been running like stink. Check engine light is on. The 3 codes are P0122, P0410, P0446. Will a bad secondary air pump make it idle bad? I cannot even go up the slightest slope. I am trying not to spend a whole lot of money before I do my research first. I'd like to get it running good once again and fix any other codes that are still showing. Is there a way to test the throttle position sensor to see if went bad? Thanks for looking.

You have a few different issues here. One deals with the TPS, one with the purge flow solenoid and the other is for the secondary air injection system.

The TPS or SAIS could cause a poor running condition, but the purge flow solenoid shouldn't. The SAIS is a common problem with GM vehicles. The air pump is to pump fresh air into the exhaust to lower emissions. There is a one way valve in the system that goes bad. As a result, moisture is able to make it's way to the pump which causes them to eventually go bad or freeze up. When the PCM signals the pump on, it can't turn so it usually blows a fuse. Check for that first and let me know what you find.
