Why is'nt the water in the radiator heating up. I am getting just a little heat but not much. The gauge doesnt get much above 100 Degrees. Radiator is full. I can find no leaks. What should I check or replace?

Get a infared temp gun and measure the temp where the upper radiaitor hose comes off the engine when it warms up?Also if there is no hot coolant getting to the radiator i would see if the thermostat is opening?
