1999 Chevrolet Blazer Leaking Brownish Colored Fluid Towards Front Car Between

My Blazer is leaking a brownish colored fluid towards the front of the car,
in between the drivers side and the passenger side, there appears to be
a clear fluid leaking also. I had it in for an oil change 3 weeks ago and
they said everything was fine with it....now it's leaking. What do you
think it is?

could be oil, power steering fluid or trans.

clear could be either water or fuel
