This code is because the engine is misfiring or has a large vacuum leak here are two guides to help fix it.

Thank you for this post I followed the guides and found #3 cylinder had a cracked spark plug so I did a full tune up and cleared the codes all fixed! I love this site.

That is a code for the bank 1 heated oxygen sensor isn't responding. Either you have a wiring issue, a bad connection, or the sensor is bad.
