My ECM B fuse blows within 4 minutes of starting the engine. Have checked the actual ECM, and fuel pump. What could cause the ECM B fuse to continue to blow?

ecm B goes to the fuel pump so check at rear of engine for a corroded ground or try to see if fuel pump is drawing to many amps may be going bad.
