code p0118 ,p0418 and p0420. How to fix it?

Car is starting and running well but when stop at the light the idle look like something is wrong.

P0118-ECT sensor circuit high voltage-Engine coolant temperature sensor voltage is too high.
P0418-Not found
P0420-TWC System-low efficiency bank 1. Three way catalyst. Could be a problem with the O2 sensor or the catalytic converter. Or driver side plugs not firing properly.
