car was off taillights and front park lamps came on and now wont go off without disconnect battery also digital odemeter and inside digital thermometer dont come on

Pull the park lamps fuse, instrument panel fuse block, that should kill the lamps. You vwill have to replace to drive in the dark. That circuit is wired through the headlamp switch, brown wire, voltage.

I guess that circuit could be shorted to voltage, somehow?
