engine is knocking and whole car is shaking, black smoke coming from exhaust when it was start, loosing oil..

does not sound to hopeful. you may have a bad bearing in the engine and other issues which eventually will cause failure. going to a mechanic for diagnosis of how bad things are would be the first thing to do, then come here with the verdict reccomendation for verification.
