Engine misfiring

1999 Chevy 5.7 engine will not start when there is moisture in the air. When it is warm or cold it will start right off. At first when it would rain and set out it would not start, once it dried up out side it would start. You can drive in the rain and it would start, have tried all I know to do. I need some help bad so I can get back to work

Have tried treating all of igniton system components with wire dry spray?

Does it sputter at all? Did you replace coil wire?
