Lets work a little more on describing the symptom. When do the windows not operate, and which one. I don't understand the significance of the door and cd player. It is not a circuit breaker that is at fault, I am just not certain as to what the exact symptoms are. Do this at first, disconnect the battery and short the cables together for a minute or so. See if this changes any of the characteristics.
