My brother eeplaced the starter on this cadillac. He pur everthing back together and the car rurns over fine. But now the motor is not getting fuel. It will run for a few seconds if ether is spraywd into the air inrake. What could be causeinf the motor to not be getting fuel?

failed fuel pump. check the pressure
