99 cadillac escalade heater blower

the main heater blower inop when cold. have replaced blower, relay, resister coils. control panel. it works about 15 to 20 minutes of drive time. is there some other component in the system that I am over looking

it starts to work after 15 to 20 minutes of drive time. then it will work all day.

You replaced everything. Check to see if there is power to the motor when it doesn't work. If there is, my first guess is a weak ground. If there is no power, the only thing you can do is start tracing wires from the blower motor back to locate where the power loss is located.
