how do i fix this problem

When I initially start car put into drive and take off it goes through all the gears but after it goes into o.d. it imidiatlly kicks back to 2nd and wont shift up again

its in limp mode, have a trans guy scan it as you may have a more serious problem with the trans.

YOULL NEED TO HAVE THE TRANS PRESSURE TESTED.THEN THEY CHECK THE CODES WITH A SCANNER.THEN THEY WILL TELL YOU THE FAULT.TY FOR USING 2CARPROS
