Why do I have white smoke coming out the tailpipes in my 1999 Cadillac Deville when I first start engine?

White smoke out the tailpipes when I first start the engine when it's cold. The engine jumps when I take off.

White smoke out of the tailpipe is an indication of coolant burning in the cylinders-you sure its not blue mix w/white an dose it disappear when the engine is at operating temperature
