If your talking about an oil pressure switch in your fuel pump circuit that can kill your engine, then the answer is no.
No oil pressure can cause the engine to sieze, but, that isn't caused by a switch.
If you think you have a fuel pump issue, start by checking voltage and ground at the fuel pump connector.
