signal flasher location

I just need to find the location to install a blinker relay switch in my 99 Buick Regal 6 cylinder? Thank you

On the passenger side there is a component center, and the flasher is on spot 10, behind the glove box...

1193 buick regal signal flashers well i hazards are on the passagers side under the dash so where are the onther ones there seems to be two?????
