1999 buick park ave no info on dash

I have a1999 Buick Park Avenue The area on the dash which shows the mileage/trip miles went black. I checked all the fuses I found. If replaced would it show the current mileage on the car or mileage on car from old one? And about how much to replace and install , hoping for an easy fix. Any suggestion? Thanks

have a pro checkto see if the dash is bad beign digital they do go bad but can be rebuilt. the correct mileage will show

check online or check locally about $150 I think online but it has to be programmed to your car so a local pro wil have to do it.
