1999 Buick Lesabre passenger door wont open

My passenger door wont open I only have the ignition key so I use the keyless entry to unlock the car but all the mechanics in the passenger side have been gutted by the previous owner I used to open it from a little latch near the were the mechanocs lead to and now im stuck an I wud appreciate any suggestions out there thanks

you will have to get the inside panel off to see what is missing or broken on this. it can be clips broken /missing as well as rods. if it's clips missing those are availa be at most auto parts rod s are different . Id suggest a junk yard for that. door lock cylinders a locksmith can make a key.
