1999 Buick Lesabre noise

1999 Buick Lesabre 3.8L when the engine is running it sound like a noise is coming from the drive belt the power sieerling pump seem to be ok the steerling wheel turn good but when i spray some WD-40 on the belt the noise will stop for about one or two minutes and the noise will come back and i don't really know is it the drive belt can you tell me what it is?

If you turn on the ac does the noise get a lot worse
