Mysterious Beeping Sound when pressing Unlock Button.

I have a 1999 Buick Lesabre, At work my battery went dead. I got it jumped started made it home then when I get out of my car I use the lock button ON MY DOOR (I don't have a remote) and my car beeps 3 times. Thank you.

-The door lock actuator or the body control module could be shorting out-also could be coming from the anti-theft system-refer to this link for more information on battery drainage
