egr problem

i have a 1999 buick century with a 3100 engine. i have changed the egr 3 times and idle air control 2 times. i changed the intake gaskets and cleaned all carbon out. i still get the code low flow to egr

this can be a couple of things besides the egr. what codenumbr was it? it can be a cannisterpurge problemm causing this. also take tethe throttlebody off and clean teh egr through there and see if that makes a difference. you really should give the code next time for better help.
