1999 Bmw 528 Head Lites And Tail Stay On Turn And Flasher Working Also

Head lites &tail lites stay on but turn & flasher lites not working. Also no control on head lites but brake lites work. No indications on dashboard of anything. Check fuses reconnected battery please help.

The general module is the controlling module for the headlamps, it may be faulty
