I have a problem it randomly happens anywhere my engine light pops and eml light pops up to at the same time and the car loses power and I have to pull over and turn the car off and then the lights go away and it works fine but it's annyoing

Probably the vanos unit, theres a boat load of info on the boards about that failure and BMW still denies it !!!!!!!
