keeps pulling to the left side but air pressure is fine as just bought new tyres all round and had the tracking done too. nearly lost control a few times doing just 20 mph

Swap the tires side-to-side. If it still pulls the same way, a brake could be dragging but more likely the alignment is off. If the pull changes at times, suspect worn ball joints or control arm bushings. Those things are normally inspected at tire and alignment shops when they install new tires.
