whistling noise when driving after changing belts

my 1999 bmw 328i has a whistling noise when driving. I replaced the belts and power steering pump and that's when the noise started. Do you know what it might be?

You may not have tightened the belts properly.

Listen to it closely-could be the belt is still loose or a driven component bearing
