1999 Bmw 318i Hi Had Key Immobiliser Kicked Tech Tried Disengaging

Hi, I had a problem with my key and the immobiliser kicked in, a tech tried disengaging the battery to see if it reset. Now only my handbreak and abs light come on at the dash... Also electric windows, AC, speedo , petrol gauge, rev counter all have stopped working, iv checked the fuses and no joy? Does one circuit board control these?? Any ideas would be appreciated.

This is probably a voltage spike induced issue. There will be a need to scan the car with the proprietary BMW scan tool and report the findings back here. Do that and we will continue.
