Bmw 318i se locking problem

Hello, i have a bmw 318i se 1999, i locked the car using the central locking button in the car, i have tried to unlock the car using the key fob, the lights come on but the doors won't open, i have to open the drivers door using the key but can't open any of the other doors. The boot opens and closes fine, i did press the central locking button in the car a few times, not sure if thats done anything, any help would be great, thanks in advance. laura

Hello Laura, the issue might be due to the module that control the door locks, it has an internal fault( the relays have issues, see this site www.bmwgm5.com) This is a common problem. Check out the site and let me know what you think.
