I have tried jump starting it and pushing it while in neutral, then throwing it in park and trying to start it and nothing is successful. It clicks when trying to start it. It has a brand new battery.

If the starter clicks but does not turn, make sure the battery cable has a good connection at the starter... if yes, replace the starter.

Are you trying to start it by pushing it and putting it into park? If so, that won't work. As far as the clicking, check to make sure all battery terminals, grounds and connections at the starter are clean and tight, free of corrosion. If they are good and the battery is fully charged, remove the starter and have it bench tested at a parts store. Most will do it for free.
