It started misfiring and vibrating real bad i replaced spark plugs didnt work. I had it tested was told that the part of my computer yhat told tje coil 3 to fire was fried. I boughr a new computer and installed it it quit misfiring but still rums really rough wont shift gears rpm stay at 4 and iy smells like gas nad help me please!!!

The misfire may be faulty coils or the injectors may be faulty, you will have to run the engine on a scanner with live data and see what is going on, just throwing expensive pars at it in the hope of a resolution is not the way to go.
