I took my car to autozone to find out why my "check engine" light was on... they told me it was the VGR..... I have replaced it but the light does not go out.... is there a reset button somewhere?

What is the EXACT code you are getting? A codes does not necessarily means a component is faulty. It could be controls or a clogged passage for the EGR if that is what you mean.
