installed new power steering pump. It rattles n grinds LOUDER than original! How do I bleed sustem,and should I FILL pump manualy before I install it?

It is self bleeding after a few lock to lock turns of the steering wheel with engine running. Ensure the fluid level is correct and is not foaming in the reserve tank.

You could have a bad replacement part if it is a used or rebuilt one.
