Interior windows foggin up when running the heat

When running the heat and even the defrost setting in my 1999 acura 3.0 CL the interior windows fog up? What is causing this and what needs to be done to fix this?

Check under the rugs on the floor. If they are wet then dry drying them out. Check to see if there is antifreeze in the moisture. Most times you can tell by the smell and touch of the water and antifreeze. If it is antifreeze then check around the heater for any wet spots.
